ITINERARY

DAY 1 – Cádiz → Fez

We’ll depart from Cádiz at 4:00 AM and travel to Algeciras, arriving at around 6:00 AM. From there, we’ll board a fast ferry to cross the Strait of Gibraltar.

As soon as we arrive in Morocco, we’ll continue by bus to Fez, the historic Idrisid capital. It’s time to start enjoying our Moroccan adventure!

After lunch, we’ll explore the city with a guided tour of the Medina, the Souk, and its majestic streets. Later, we’ll enjoy dinner in one of the most beautiful areas of Fez before heading to the hotel for a well-deserved rest.

DAY 2

We’ll travel through the breathtaking landscapes of inland Morocco on our way to the Sahara Desert.

We’ll cross one of the country’s most famous cedar forests, home to wild monkeys. If we’re lucky enough to spot them, we’ll stop to take some photos.

Along the way, we’ll also visit the spectacular Ziz Valley, a stunning oasis in the middle of the desert—and the perfect place to buy the region’s famous desert turbans!

We’ll continue by bus, stop at the Gateway to the Desert, and then… we’ve finally arrived in the Sahara!

After checking into our hotel, get ready for a Desert Dance Night. Bring your best outfit, because our Berber hosts will organize an unforgettable party at the desert hotel.

DAY 3

Good morning from the desert!

Enjoy the Moroccan sunshine by relaxing at the hotel’s swimming pool. During the morning, you’ll have the opportunity to join several activities, including the optional 4x4 desert tour.

We highly recommend this experience, as we’ll explore some of the Sahara’s most beautiful landscapes and visit local nomadic families. Every year, we bring food for the nomadic children, so if you’d like to contribute, you’re welcome to bring something to donate during the tour.

At around 5:30 PM, we’ll begin a two-hour camel ride across the dunes to reach our traditional Berber camp.

We’ll spend the night in authentic desert tents beneath a sky full of stars—a truly magical experience in the heart of the Sahara.

DAY 4

After witnessing one of the most spectacular sunrises in the world, we’ll leave the desert behind and travel north by bus.

Throughout the journey, we’ll admire the breathtaking landscapes of southern Morocco as we cross both the Middle Atlas and the High Atlas Mountains, passing through vast palm-filled oases that perfectly capture the beauty of the region.

At around 8:00 PM, we’ll arrive at our hotel in Meknes, where we’ll check in and enjoy dinner (included).

At night, we’ll have a party!

DAY 5

We’ll enjoy a guided tour of Meknes, exploring the most important landmarks of this historic imperial city, famous for its rich history, traditional crafts, and vibrant souks.

Afterwards, we’ll leave Meknes and begin our journey back to Spain.

In the evening, we’ll board the fast ferry back across the Strait of Gibraltar, returning to the “other side of the world.”
