ITINERARY
Day 1 – Cádiz → Fez → Ifrane
We’ll meet in Cádiz in the evening and head to the port of Algeciras.
After crossing the Strait of Gibraltar by ferry, we’ll set foot on African soil and begin our adventure.
Our first stop is Fez, one of Morocco’s oldest and most fascinating imperial cities.
We’ll explore its narrow streets, maze-like souks, and its UNESCO World Heritage-listed medina.
After the guided tour, you’ll have free time for lunch before we continue to Ifrane, a charming alpine-style town nestled in the Atlas Mountains.
Check-in at the hotel, where dinner is included. A well-deserved rest after a full day of exploring.
Day 2 – Ifrane → Cedar Forest → Rissani → Merzouga
We’ll begin the day crossing the Middle Atlas Mountains, passing through breathtaking landscapes and traditional villages.
We’ll stop at the famous Cedar Forest, where, if we’re lucky, we’ll see wild monkeys roaming freely among the trees.
Our journey continues to Rissani, known as the Gateway to the Desert, famous for its dates, spices, and traditional markets.
Finally, we’ll arrive in Merzouga, the heart of the Moroccan Sahara.
Check-in at our hotel at the foot of the dunes.
Dinner is included, followed by an evening of local music. And this is only the beginning…
Day 3 – Sahara Desert
Wake up in the heart of the desert.
You’ll have the morning free to relax or join the optional 4x4 Sahara excursion (approximately €50, traditional lunch included).
During the tour, we’ll visit nomadic villages, hidden oases, ancient settlements, and panoramic viewpoints overlooking the magnificent Erg Chebbi dunes.
In the afternoon, we’ll ride camels across the desert to our traditional camp.
We’ll spend the night in authentic Berber tents beneath a sky filled with stars, with dinner included and the kind of peaceful silence that can only be found in the Sahara.
Day 4 – Merzouga → Meknes
We’ll wake up early to witness the sunrise over the dunes—one of the most magical moments of the entire trip.
After breakfast, we’ll begin our journey north, crossing the spectacular High Atlas Mountains.
Along the way, we’ll pass through mountains, valleys, palm groves, and traditional Berber villages.
In the afternoon, we’ll arrive in the imperial city of Meknes, where our final hotel awaits.
Dinner is included, followed by our Farewell Gala, a special evening to celebrate the end of an unforgettable journey together.
Day 5 – Meknes → Cádiz
After an early breakfast, we’ll check out and head directly to the port.
We’ll cross the Strait of Gibraltar by ferry once again before arriving back in Cádiz in the afternoon.
